Corporate Affairs and Business Development within SVITZER support the entire SVITZER organization with legal advice, business case advice, and with acquisitions.

The tasks are of both business and judicial character and include:

- Project work (organic growth)
- Acquisitions
- Negotiations
- The forming and commenting of contracts
- Optimizing corporate structure
- Judicial and company related tasks within the SvitzerWijsmuller Group
- Board related work

The work demands the ability to work independently as well as participating in teams. New employees must have a good theoretical background, preferably combined with practical work experience.

As the working language is English, all new employees must have command of English at negotiation level.
