All tasks are solved in close collaboration with the company’s foreign units, and several positions require some travelling. Likewise are many tasks and projects solved in coorporation with other SVITZER departments such as Business Development, Corporate Affairs and Technical departments.
Regular contact with our shareholder, A.P.Moller – Maersk is part of working at the SVITZER Head Quarter. This also provides excellent opportunities for exchanging ideas and knowledge between the two companies.
SVITZER sets the individual employee’s opportunities for personal and professional development as a high priority. This development is assured through rotation within the Finance community, as well as between the different departments in SVITZER, but also by participation in the company’s education and training programme.
After some years of practical work experience our foreign offices worldwide offer good possibilities of expatriate placements, e.g. as Finance Manager. Besides the financial disciplines, the job as Finance Manager often includes employee and administrative responsibilities.
We expect our economists to possess personal flexibility, to be results-oriented and to excel in an international, competitive environment.
