SVITZER Salvage succeeded to refloat a cargo vessel which grounded the 27rth January in Algeciras Bay during a storm. On 28th January 2010 a SVITZER Salvage team was mobilised from the Netherlands to Algeciras which went onboard for inspection after arrival. Meanwhile SVITZER Salvage and the Owners signed a commercial contracted to refloat the vessel. With assistance of mtug LUZ DE MAR the salvage team succeeded to refloat the vessel on the 30th January.
