Drug and Alcohol policy
We maintain a worldwide "zero" tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. This policy is supported with random testing for drugs and alcohol.

Working conditions
It is the policy of SVITZER to comply with the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) Conventions and Recommendations for seafarer standards onboard Merchant Shipping. These include conventions on Accommodation of Crews, the Merchant Shipping Minimum Standards, Labour Inspection (Seafarers), Hours of Work and Manning of Ships.
