SVITZER’s subsidiary ESVAGT provides second-to-none emergency response and rescue services. From our North Sea headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark, we stand ready 24 hours a day, regardless of how tough the weather might be.
We have developed our own unique concept to support rescue operations in the most adverse weather conditions as well as crew changes. The concept is based on our specially designed Fast Rescue Craft and on our launch and recovery arrangement.
Based on our offshore operation experience and in order to meet our strict demands for handling safety, we specify all details of the craft and fit in all equipment ourselves. Thus more than 30 years of valuable experience is incorporated in each craft.

To ensure the maximum level of skills and experience of our employees, their daily training takes place on the actual Fast Rescue Crafts and crew change vessels, exposing everyone involved to 100% real-life rescue and recovery conditions.
Some 30 Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels are permanently located at offshore installations, ready to deploy the Fast Rescue Craft to assist our Customers whenever and wherever they need it.
Our fleet is based on cutting-edge technology built to solve even the most demanding tasks. Highly specialised knowledge combined with an enterprising approach to our vessels enable us to offer our Customers a tailor-made service and safety experience.
